Dr. Kiritsis currently serves as Director of Psychological Testing at The Community Institute for Psychotherapy (CIP), Adjunct Professor of Psychological Assessment at the California Institute for Human Science, and as an assessment and clinical psychologist at Attentive Cognitive Mental Health (ACMH). Known for his integrative and wide-ranging clinical approach, he specializes in advanced neuropsychological and psychophysical assessment across the lifespan, working with both neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions.
His contributions to the field have earned notable recognition, including selection for the 2023 Doctor’s Edition of The Best in California Magazine for excellence in medicine. In 2026, he will co-launch Neuro Institute and Therapy, an innovative, interdisciplinary clinical practice developed in collaboration with colleague Jessica Jacobson.
Beyond clinical work, Dr. Kiritsis is a prolific and internationally recognized author. He has written nine books exploring mind–matter interaction, psychiatry, and clinical psychology, and is the recipient of twenty-five literary awards. Most notably, he was awarded the 2025 Montaigne Medal from the Eric Hoffer Award—one of the publishing industry’s most distinguished honors for works that challenge and expand contemporary thought. His forthcoming ninth book, Shades of Aphrodite: In Search of the Golden Apple (2027), continues this trajectory of intellectually ambitious writing.
An Australian native with deep ties to his Greek heritage, Dr. Kiritsis has pursued a wide range of service initiatives, from providing psychoeducation and counseling to U.S. veterans, to contributing to wildlife conservation efforts at the Dujiangyan Panda Base in Chengdu, China, to serving as Vice President of the Greek Australian Cultural League in Melbourne, where he supports literary and cultural programming.
Blending clinical excellence, scholarly depth, and creative achievement, Dr. Kiritsis exemplifies the far-reaching impact of interdisciplinary training and global engagement.
