Biography

Dr. Chevalier is the Director of the Earthing Institute and the Director of Research at Psy-Tek Labs (located on the campus of CIHS) where he conducts research in biophysics, electrophysiology, and energy medicine .

He has had a forty year career in frontier research working in engineering physics, fiber optics, atomic physics, laser and instrumental spectroscopy, plasma physics, biophysics and electrophysiology. He previously worked on the first measurements of the nuclear magnetic dipole and quadrupole moments of the 91Zr isotope for isotopic nuclear separation at the University of Montréal.  He was a post-doctoral scholar developing carbon probes to measure neutral particle flux on the inner walls of the “Tokamac de Varennes” at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS) in Varennes, Québec, Canada. At the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) he was a post-doctoral scholar and spectroscopist in the P.I.S.C.E.S. group of the M.A.N.E. (Mechanical, Aerospace, and Nuclear Engineering) Department. He was a staff scientist at the Low Energy Plasma Laboratory of the Electrical Engineering Department at UCLA. He previously served as the Director of Research at the California Institute for Human Science (CIHS) in biophysics and electrophysiology doing research in the electric conductivity of meridians according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
