Board Member
Todd Luger brings more than three decades of experience in healthcare, education, and digital learning to his role on the Board of Trustees. He holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University, a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.
Todd spent over 13 years in clinical practice, specializing in internal medicine, health optimization, and regenerative medicine, with a focus on acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutritional therapy. He has also served in senior leadership roles in higher education, including Vice President of eLearning and Director of Lifelong Learning at Pacific College of Health and Science. His work has spanned strategic oversight of online education programs, continuing medical education, and national health conferences.
As the founder of the Chinese Herb Academy and co-chair of the Healthy Horizons Symposium, Todd has long been at the forefront of integrating traditional medicine with modern educational practices. His expertise in instructional design, learning technologies, and healthcare education brings valuable insight to the governance and strategic planning of institutions focused on preparing the next generation of innovative leaders.
