In many other countries and regions throughout the world there are people who believe that human beings are more than a physical body and a consciousness, Underneath is the soul or godliness, which works to promote spiritual growth in each person. Although each ethnic group, nation, and religion perceives these things in its own independent way, I believe movement is beginning that will build a human society where all can live at peace together and in harmony with nature. This book shed further light on yoga and the experiential elements of mystical experiences, and will provide my reader with a scientific perspective on such experience.
